We first determine if we are a good fit and thereafter embark on a discovery phase that involves critical questions to see how we can help your business Go Forward. Our discussion is more like a talk in which we ask key questions about your brand, company goals, and your communication efforts to see if they support your brand message, is strategic and effective?

We look at what makes your business unique, your ideal client, and your process. We also conduct an assessment to analyze your current communications, online activities, and opportunities. Once we’re clear on your brand vision + goals, within days after consul, we provide written recommendations and a roadmap to move ahead.

2. SERVICE PLAN / TERMS

Once we’re clear on your brand vision + goals, after consul, we will provide recommendations to DIY or offers to allow us to do it for you. Choose services based on your need. Whether you are starting out and need us to set up everything for you or whether you need us to manage and maintain what you already have or perhaps you need our full service where we setup and afterwards manage and maintain it all for you.
If you choose to let us do the work, a simple agreement will seal the deal and get us started working for you.

4. IMPLEMENTATION / REVIEW

Now we start bringing your brand to life! We get to work and start implementing your plan. We’ll also design and can produce marketing collateral depending on your unique needs that’s consistent with your brand in order to create a cohesive brand experience…. (generally takes 1-3 weeks).
